Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) is a serious matter and should not be avoided and/or taken lightly. Poor indoor air quality can affect you and your family's health as well as your overall ability to live and breathe healthy clean air. Whether your issues stem from biological pollutants, chemical pollutants, combustion pollutants or something you just can’t put your finger on, Air2Labs is here to conduct a thorough indoor air quality inspection of your property.
Air2Labs is dedicated to uncovering issues within your home and/or business that can alter or affect your air quality. If you suspect you have an issue and require air quality testing, mold testing or just a comprehensive site inspection, Air2Labs would welcome the opportunity to inspect your property to identify any issues that will help you resolve your concerns.
Our services include:
Visual investigation (structural and mold):
We will provide a visual investigation throughout the property to assess if there's a problem related to previous water damage or active water damage, as well as whether or not there is physical mold growth in the property. We employ the usage of various pieces of equipment such as: infrared technology, moisture meters, air pumps, and hygrometers.
Sampling:
There are various ways you can conclude whether or not there is a mold issue in your property. We offer the following types of sampling:
Testing:
We use AEML, EMLab, or P&K lab to test our air and surface samples for mold. Both labs are fully certified and accredited for mold (fungi) testing.
We test the moisture spots with a Thermal Imaging device. If issues any are documented during the inspection, such as missing insulation (which can cause condensation issues), water leaks, ventilation issues, or broken air ducts the thermal imaging pictures will be included in the report to ensure these findings are addressed.
Remediation Recommendations:
During our inspection, every finding will be documented throughout the investigation. We also analyze the data from the samples taken during the investigation and make recommendations based off of the findings.
Lab Results:
You will receive a full lab report of your samples as an addendum to the report, for your own records.
